Arm Wire Security Services LLC ("Arm Wire," "we," "us," or "our") operates armwire.com and the security system comparison survey found there. We are an independent referral business — we help homeowners, renters, and businesses compare security systems from multiple alarm companies and connect them with the provider that fits their needs. We do not install or service security systems ourselves.

Information we collect

• Any additional details you choose to share in an open-text field when contacting us.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our site (such as pages viewed and general usage patterns) through analytics tools described below.

How we use your information

• To match you with alarm companies and equipment that fit the answers you provide.
• To contact you about your survey results, by the method you request (phone, video call, email, or text).
• To operate and improve our site and survey.
• To maintain records of our business relationships, including with the alarm companies we refer customers to.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our service:

• Alarm company partners — when you're ready to move forward, we share the relevant details from your survey with the alarm company(ies) you're being matched with, so they can follow up and complete installation. Arm Wire is compensated by these companies through a referral fee — you never pay us directly.
• Service providers — we use third-party tools to operate our site and manage leads, including a form-delivery service (Formspree) to receive submissions, a customer relationship management platform (HubSpot) to track and follow up on inquiries, and website analytics (Google Analytics or Plausible) to understand site usage. We may also use the Meta Pixel on our site to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook advertising. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.
• Legal requirements — if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and tracking
